Recruit Solo questions
Do I need experience?
No. If you're good with people, we'll train you. Salespeople often become recruiters, designers and writers often become resume writers, and HR people and teachers often become coaches. Experienced people are welcome too.
What exactly do I get access to?
Training, scripts, our recruitment systems, a monthly allocation of client and candidate leads who have agreed to be contacted, Reesby services you can offer (like resumes and coaching), and help building your own brand.
Is this a job?
No. Recruit Solo is a program for independent recruiters who run their own business with our support. You set your own hours and work from anywhere in Australia.
How much can I earn?
That depends on your effort, skills and market. We'll explain how fees and commissions work in your call. We don't promise any level of income.
How much does it cost to join?
There's a one-off program fee. We'll walk you through it, and what's included, in a free call before you decide.
Who owns the clients and candidates?
We explain this clearly in the Recruit Solo agreement before you join, including confidentiality and how leads are shared.
