Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every AI Resume Generator order, including CVs, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, design variations, editable versions, job tailoring, coaching and interview training.
1. Genuine CVs, built for one person
Every document is created for one named person, using their own experience. You must not create documents for anyone else.
2. Personal use only, no resale
Documents are for your personal job applications only. Reselling, sharing, sublicensing or using this service to produce documents for other people is strictly prohibited. Design variations are limited to 4 per person, and order limits apply.
3. Reesby verification stamp
Every document carries a Reesby verification stamp so employers can confirm it is genuine. You must not remove or alter the stamp.
4. Locked personal details
Your name, photo and personal details are fixed once a document is generated. This protects you from misuse. Editable versions still keep these details and the stamp locked.
5. Hidden record in every file
Each document contains a hidden generation date and order ID. Reesby keeps a record of every document generated so it can be traced and verified, and to detect fraud or misuse.
6. Valid for 2 months
Your design, job tailoring credits and account access for your order are available for 2 months from the date of purchase. Job tailoring is $20 per job, unlimited, within those 2 months and only for customers who have purchased a CV.
7. Your account
You can log in at any time during those 2 months to tailor your CV for a new job and manage your details.
8. Premium service and calls
Premium CVs are drafted by AI and reviewed by a Reesby specialist, with delivery usually within 2 business days. Premium includes professional photo editing and optimisation and a catch-up call. General CV customers receive a follow-up call from Reesby.
9. Payment
Prices are in AUD and include GST. Payment is taken securely by Square. Documents are created once payment is received.
10. Misuse
If we reasonably believe the service is being misused, including resale or creating documents for others, we may cancel the order, withhold documents and refuse future orders.
