1. Using our website

Please use the site lawfully and give us true, accurate information. Only upload your own CV and documents, or ones you have permission to share. Don't try to copy, scrape, overload or interfere with the site.

2. Your CV and the talent pool

When you submit your CV, you agree that Reesby can store it, contact you about roles and services, and include an anonymised version of your profile in our searchable talent pool. Your name, contact details, photo and CV stay hidden. We only share them with an employer after you say yes. You can leave the talent pool at any time by emailing us.

3. Our CV designs and content belong to Reesby

Our CV designs, templates, sample CVs, text, graphics and logo are owned by Reesby and protected by copyright. Sample CVs are fictional and watermarked. You must not copy, screenshot, download, recreate, sell or share our designs or samples.

If you buy a CV from us, you may use your finished documents only for your own job applications. You may not resell them, share the design with others, or use it to create documents for anyone else.

4. Job listings

Jobs on our site come from employers and other sources. Details can change or roles can close without notice, and we can't guarantee any listing or outcome.

5. Free tools

Our CV score, job matching and other free tools are guidance only. They don't guarantee interviews or job offers.

6. Paid services

Paid services, including AI and Premium CVs, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, coaching and interview training, are covered by our AI Resume Terms & Conditions. In short:

• Every document is built for one named person, using their own experience.
• Documents are for your personal job applications only. No resale or sharing.
• Each document carries a Reesby verification stamp and a hidden record so it can be verified. Don't remove or change these.
• Your name, photo and personal details are locked once a document is made.
• Your design, job tailoring and account access last 2 months from purchase.
• Prices are in AUD and include GST. Payment is taken securely by Square.
• We may cancel orders and refuse future orders if the service is misused.

7. Employers

Hiring briefs, candidate introductions and recruitment fees are agreed with you separately. Candidate details shared with you must only be used for that role and kept confidential.

8. Other websites

Links to other websites, such as job boards or booking tools, are provided for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content.

9. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, Reesby isn't liable for indirect loss from using the site, and our liability is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for it.

10. Changes and contact
